Description
These lottery-ticket sellers are everywhere in Sri Lanka. Not all are sellers in a stall , some are on foot, carrying the tickets on a board ; Many disabled sellers in hand-bikes. This sellers have a battery-powered PA system (not very powerful) — that’s the battery on the rear rack. An array of tickets on the front and refreshments hanging from the handlebars complete a compact and mobile business venture.
